Iława: man lured children from playground and held substance-soaked cloth to their faces

In Iława (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship), a man lured two children from a playground to his apartment, took their phones and switched airplane mode on, then held a cloth soaked in an unknown substance to their faces. The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Elbląg is investigating; prosecutor Ewa Ziębka appeals to witnesses of similar incidents to come forward.
