Haaretz: UAE warned Netanyahu of Hamas attack. PM denies
Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported that the president of the United Arab Emirates warned Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that Hamas was planning a major attack on Israel — before the October 7 events. Netanyahu flatly denied the reports and announced he would sue the newspaper. The matter could have serious political consequences during the ongoing election campaign.
