Lubań: man abused family and threatened police with saber
Lubań police detained a 31-year-old who psychologically and physically abused household members. During the intervention, the man brandished a saber at officers but was subdued. The prosecutor imposed police supervision, a travel ban, a no-contact order, and required him to leave his residence. Abuse carries a sentence of up to 5 years imprisonment.
