Germany wants to help Kyiv identify Ukrainian conscripts

German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul stated that Ukrainian men of draft age staying in Germany should return home. Berlin offered Ukrainian authorities help in identifying such persons through welfare benefits data, residence registrations and information on residency status.
