US searches for locations of permanent military bases in Poland
An American delegation visits Poland on Thursday and Friday to review potential locations for permanent US military bases, said Deputy Defense Minister Paweł Bejda. He stressed this is a preliminary reconnaissance that will launch serious talks, and the final number of bases will depend on NATO operational plans. The costs of the undertaking could reach tens of billions of zlotys.
