Żurek: investigation into 176 manipulated Constitutional Court panels
Prosecutor General and Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek said on Tuesday his office received a complaint from the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights concerning 170 instances of manipulation of the Constitutional Court's composition between 2015–2020. The manipulations allegedly served to secure specific benefits for then-TK president Julia Przyłębska and third parties. Żurek approved launching an investigation into the matter.
