123 billion euros for Poland at risk as Tusk meets EU Council chief on budget
European Council President Antonio Costa will meet Prime Minister Donald Tusk on Wednesday to discuss Polish priorities in EU budget negotiations for 2028–2034. Under the current proposal, Poland could receive 123.3 billion euros, but pressure is mounting for cuts to cohesion and agricultural funds. The outcome of the talks could determine the scale of Polish transfers from Brussels in the coming decade.
