Russia and North Korea open first road border crossing
Russia and North Korea launched their first road connection across their shared border, marking another sign of deepening cooperation between the two countries. North Korea supplies Russia with ammunition and soldiers for the war against Ukraine, receiving economic and military aid in return. Previously, the only land connection was a railway bridge.
