Tung Chee-hwa, Hong Kong's first leader after handover to China, dies at 89

Tung Chee-hwa, the first chief executive of Hong Kong following the territory's handover to China, has died at age 89. He served until and was a key figure during the transformation of the British colony into a special administrative region of the PRC.
