Ilona killed near school in Unikowie, hit by car in front of children

32-year-old Ilona died after being struck by a car while crossing the road near a school in Unikowie near Sieradz (Łódź province). The woman was fatally hit in front of terrified young children. A four-year-old boy suffered a leg injury, according to Sieradz prosecutor's office spokesman Jolanta Szkilnik.
