Nearly 2 per mille and four lifetime bans: drunk driver near Lublin
On Sunday evening in Rudka Kozłowiecka near Lublin, police stopped a Peugeot driver who was driving across the full width of the road. A breathalyser test showed nearly 2 per mille of alcohol. It turned out the man also had four lifetime driving bans and no valid licence.
