Beach loungers in Palma cost 125 euros a day. Environmentalists demand action

On the popular beach in Palma de Mallorca, a premium package with two loungers, an umbrella and a safe costs 125 euros (approximately 540 zloty) per day. The Balearic environmental organization GOB suspects the prices may violate the terms of the municipal lease tender for the beach. The organization is demanding intervention by local authorities and clarification of the matter.
