Prosecutor's office takes over investigation into 37-year-old Magda's death during childbirth

Warsaw's District Prosecutor's Office is overseeing an investigation into the unintentional death of 37-year-old Magda Czarnecka, who died during childbirth at the specialist hospital "Inflancka" in Warsaw. Prosecutor Piotr Antoni Skiba confirmed that an autopsy has already been conducted. The case concerns the circumstances of the woman's death at the medical facility.
