Balloon flights over Luxor remain suspended despite resumption promise

Tourists were waiting for September 1 as the date balloon flights over Luxor's monuments would resume after a three-month break. However, on September 8 the balloons still lay folded in hangars and the attraction remains "suspended until further notice". Luxor is one of the most visited places in Egypt, and balloon flights are one of its main tourist attractions.
