Floods in Nepal and Tibet: 1399 dead, over 5400 missing

The death toll from the catastrophic flash floods in Nepal and Tibet has risen to 1399, according to Reuters. Rescue services are still searching for over 5400 missing people. Nepal declared Monday a national day of mourning. Nepal's Prime Minister called the tragedy a "terrible catastrophe that the entire nation mourns."
