Helsinki Foundation files report on Przyłębska: 176 cases of CT composition manipulation

The Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office regarding former Constitutional Court president Julia Przyłębska. The Foundation identified 176 cases of unlawful manipulation of Constitutional Court panel compositions. The matter concerns the period when Przyłębska headed the tribunal.
