Drunk driver overturned van in Skarżyna and fled to forest
On Saturday 5 September around 5 a.m., police in Płońsk County pursued an Opel on national road 50 between Skrzynki and Skarżyna whose driver had trouble maintaining his lane. Occupants threw objects from the window at the patrol car. On a gravel road in Skarżyna the driver lost control and the car overturned; one man escaped through the window and fled to the forest. A 24-year-old woman and 25-year-old man remained in the vehicle; the man tried to exit through the rear window.
