Russia and North Korea open first joint road bridge

A joint road bridge connecting Russia and North Korea opened across the Tuman River. For now the crossing handles only freight traffic; passenger traffic is to launch by year's end. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin called the bridge a "new symbol of friendship" between the two nations.
