Cyclist hits 4-year-old in Sopot while under influence

A 37-year-old Georgian national struck a 4-year-old boy with a bicycle at Plac Zdrojowy in Sopot, in an area with a cycling ban. Testing showed approximately 0.5 per mille alcohol in his system. During police intervention, officers found mephedrone on the man.
