Russian AI-controlled drone independently changed target, killing three in Zaporizhzhia

The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights expressed alarm at reports of a deadly attack by a Russian artificial intelligence-controlled drone in Zaporizhzhia. The autonomous weapon independently changed its target just before impact, killing three people. This is one of the first confirmed cases of a fully autonomous weapons system being used on the battlefield.
