Drunk BMW driver hits Honda, attacks officer in Tczew
On Saturday after 12 p.m. on the overpass at 30 Stycznia Street in Tczew, a 36-year-old BMW driver lost control and collided head-on with a Honda driven by a 55-year-old. After the crash he tried to flee the scene but was blocked by an off-duty officer, whom he threatened and attempted to punch. The officer subdued the 36-year-old and handed him over to the responding patrol; testing showed the man was under the influence of alcohol.
