Ukrainian drones strike Rosneft refinery in Ryazan, fire erupts

Ukrainian drones attacked the Rosneft oil refinery in Ryazan overnight, causing a fire; nearby residential buildings were also damaged and one person was injured. Attacks hit several Russian regions — in Rostov-on-Don, four people were hurt. The information was reported by Meduza.
