Record 7% of GDP for health in 2027: budget adds 41.5 billion zloty to NFZ

The Ministry of Health informed PAP that planned 2027 spending on healthcare will reach a record 7% of GDP, meaning an additional 41.5 billion zloty from the state budget to NFZ. This amount is nearly 200 million zloty higher than the statutory minimum. It is the highest level of healthcare financing in Poland's history.
