Kotula wants joint tax filing for same-sex couples still this term

Government plenipotentiary for equality Katarzyna Kotula (Left) announced at a women's congress in Kraków that her priority is enabling same-sex couples to file joint tax returns. Kotula is holding talks with the finance minister on the matter and expressed conviction the goal can be achieved before the end of the term. This is the government's first such concrete declaration on tax rights for same-sex couples in Poland.
