From 2026, both worker and employer liable financially for workplace bullying
New workplace bullying regulations will take effect on November 5, 2026. An employer who pays an employee compensation or damages will be able to recover at least part of that amount from the person who committed the bullying. The changes are intended to increase personal financial responsibility of offenders.
