Canadian runner missing on Matterhorn at 4,000 meters

Italian rescuers have been searching since 1 September for 38-year-old Canadian Kalie McCrystal, who went missing on Matterhorn (4478 m). The mountain runner had announced on Instagram an attempt to set a record on the south face. Her last photo was taken at approximately 4000 m.
