Ukraine withdraws ceasefire declaration after Russian air raids

Volodymyr Zelensky announced a halt to Ukrainian air operations from midnight Friday due to visits by US envoys to Moscow and Kyiv. After Russian air raids overnight, he withdrew from that declaration, stating: "A ceasefire cannot be unilateral".
