Danny Boyle confirms AI in "Ink" animated photos and mice

Director Danny Boyle acknowledged that the film "Ink" used generative artificial intelligence for roughly 30 seconds — to animate old photographs and bring to life mice running through The Sun newsroom. "Ink" is a historical drama about Rupert Murdoch's takeover of the newspaper in the late 1960s. The film premiered in Venice, was shown in Telluride and will come to Toronto.
