Germany and Kosovo join forces against ticks carrying deadly virus
Germany has high-security laboratories; Kosovo has Hyalomma ticks and experience with Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever (CCHF). Scientists from both countries are jointly studying the disease and its vectors to develop more effective control methods. CCHF can be fatal to humans.
