High-speed rail not enough without bus network: experts on ZSK weakness

Experts warn that the Integrated Transport System aiming to connect Poland's largest cities by rail in 100 minutes and the entire country in three hours will not succeed without a dense network of bus connections. Trains will not reach every town in a county, and buses carrying just a few passengers may be unprofitable.
