Poland seeks to change EU interpretation of migrant protection law at border

Poland is pushing for an EU discussion on the interpretation of Article 33(2) of the Geneva Convention, so that people participating in organized and aggressive border crossing cannot invoke international protection. The topic is set to return to the EU forum in October, according to RMF FM.
