Roman Telescope could detect 100,000 planets and unknown phenomena

The Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope has begun its scientific mission. According to astronomer Dr. hab. Przemysław Mroza, the instrument has a chance to detect up to 100 thousand exoplanets. Scientists also expect groundbreaking data on dark energy and universe expansion. Most intriguing is the possibility of discovering phenomena science does not expect at all.
