Marczuk proposes 100,000 zloty in "restricted funds" per child
Bartosz Marczuk, former deputy family affairs minister in PiS governments, proposes giving parents 100,000 zloty in so-called restricted funds per child. The money could be spent only on a down payment for apartment purchase, renovation or building materials. According to Marczuk this would prevent masses of Poles from turning to banks for mortgage loans.
