Tesla puts Cybercabs without steering wheels or pedals on Austin streets

Elon Musk sent dozens of autonomous Cybercabs — with no steering wheel or brake pedal — onto the streets of Austin, Texas. It is a market test to see whether Americans will accept vehicles with no manual control option. Musk believes concerns about "loss of control" can be overcome.
