Investment boom in Europe, construction sector overwhelmed

The Polish Construction Employers Association warns in a new report that Europe's construction sector faces unprecedented investment demand but lacks execution capacity to deliver projects on schedule. Shortages affect both labor force and production capacity. Without urgent sector reinforcement, key infrastructure and housing investments could be delayed.
