Widow of KC-135 pilot: husband's death in Iran operation was not "technically" war

Maj. Alex Klinner, 33, was killed as one of six crew members of a KC-135 tanker aircraft that crashed during operations supporting action against Iran. His widow was told it was technically not an act of war, which angered her and the family. Klinner was taking part in air operations when the crash occurred.
