Record traffic on Zakopianka: nearly 55,000 vehicles in a single day

The Zakopianka road (S7) set a new traffic record, with nearly 55,000 vehicles passing through its tunnel in a single day. Over July and August of this year, the tunnel recorded almost 2.3 million vehicle crossings — nearly 8% more than in the same period the previous year. The figures were released by Poland's General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways.
