Poland's Justice Ministry proposes online land register applications for all

Poland's Ministry of Justice has sent to public consultation a draft law allowing anyone with an account in the judicial IT system to submit land register applications online. The change is intended to simplify and speed up access to the land register system. The proposal is part of broader efforts to digitise court procedures.
