Business and culture sector agree on art patronage reform heading to parliament

Business organisations and cultural sector representatives have reached agreement on legal changes covering private arts patronage, art market transactions and public access to culture. The reform bill will be submitted to parliament as a Senate initiative, according to "Puls Biznesu." The changes aim to make private cultural funding easier and to regulate Poland's art market.
