Labour Inspectorate issues 9 rulings on civil-law employment contracts

Chief Labour Inspector Janusz Krasoń issued nine individual rulings for businesses that asked whether their use of civil-law contracts instead of employment contracts was lawful. In four cases the applicants' approach was deemed compliant with the law; in the remaining five it was not.
