Received unsolicited electronics? There's one thing you must never do
Receiving an unsolicited parcel of electronics at your door is rare but possible. The recipient is not obliged to return it and may keep it, but must never activate or set it up without first checking its origin, as it may be part of a scam or an attempt to steal personal data. Experts advise contacting the carrier or retailer before using the device.
