Poles expect too much from schools, says education expert
Jędrzej Witkowski, head of the Centre for Citizenship Education and co-author of the "School for Life" report, says Polish parents' expectations of schools are unrealistically high and mutually contradictory. Issues such as health education and religion in schools will always divide public opinion, he argues. He calls on society to accept that schools must set priorities and give something up.
