PiS proposes letting prosecutors seize aggressive dogs from their owners

PiS MP Kacper Płażyński presented a draft amendment to the animal protection act. It would allow prosecutors to order the seizure of an aggressive dog from its owner and transfer it to a shelter. Dogs taken in this manner would not be eligible for re-adoption.
