Cigarettes worth 5 million złoty smuggled under foil in truck at Ukrainian border

Officers of the National Revenue Administration stopped a truck at the Dorohusk border crossing in Chełm County, where cigarettes worth 5 million złoty were found hidden beneath what was declared as plastic sheeting. The tobacco products had been concealed to resemble a building materials cargo. The driver has been charged.
