Polish consumer watchdog charges Polsko-Japońska Akademia over illegal tuition fee hikes

Poland's consumer protection office (UOKiK) has charged the Polsko-Japońska Akademia Technik Komputerowych with violating collective consumer interests. The watchdog objects to the university raising tuition fees in line with the inflation index for students who enrolled in the 2022/2023 academic year. The university maintains its actions were lawful.
