Sydney Marathon medals show the wrong stadium — a German arena by mistake

Sydney Marathon organisers have admitted an "unfortunate error" after up to 40,000 finisher medals were engraved with an image of a German stadium instead of an Australian venue. The race takes place within a week. Organisers have apologised for the mix-up.
