Starting teachers to get a raise from 2027 — average salary to top 7,000 PLN gross

Poland's Ministry of National Education has drafted amendments to the Teacher's Charter that would raise starting teachers' average pay by 3 percent from 2027. The increase is designed to bring their salaries in line with those of more experienced teachers. Government calculations show the average salary for a beginner teacher would then exceed 7,000 PLN gross.
