5,000-year-old necklace made of 42 teeth unearthed in Lower Silesia

Archaeologists from the University of Wrocław have discovered an extraordinary necklace made of 42 teeth, estimated to be around 5,000 years old, at a burial site in Lower Silesia. Prof. Tomasz Gralak described it as absolutely unique, with no comparable find in Poland — the only similar necklace, from Wojkowice, had just four teeth. The same site, dating to around 350–430 AD, also yielded skeletons with bound legs and a woman's skull showing signs of decapitation.
