London's ultra-low emission zone improved children's lung health over five years

A five-year study has found that London's Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ), introduced in 2019, significantly improved children's lung health. Researchers found that stricter zones produce greater health benefits for children. The findings could encourage other cities to adopt similar clean-air policies.
