IMGW issues flood alerts as four rivers exceed warning levels after torrential rain

The Genoa low brought torrential rain to Poland, with over 100 litres per square metre recorded in some areas. Four rivers have exceeded their warning levels. Poland's national meteorological institute IMGW has issued first- and second-degree hydrological alerts that remain in force.
